Our jewelry is made by love, and handcrafted from 925 Sterling Silver, plated with Gold or White Gold.
Due to the natural properties of silver, oxidation, tarnishing, or slight fading may occur over time when exposed to air, sweart, or chemicals. These are normal phenimena.
Sterling silver is also relatively soft, if a piece becomes slightly bent, it can usually be gently straightened by hand.
Jewelry Care Tips to Extend the Life of Your Jewelry
- Avoid contact with chemicals: Perfume, skincare, or cleaning products can accelerate tarnishing.
- Keep away from moisture: Do not wear your jewelry when bathing or swimming.
- Proper Storage: Store your jewelry in a dry place, preferably in the zip bag provided.
- Separate Storage: Avoid friction between different pieces to prevent scratches.
- Regular cleaning: Use a soft dry cloth to gently wipe the surface to maintain shine.

Repair & Return Policy
- If your jewelry requires repair, please keep your warranty card, and send us an email to info@harpystudiohk.com.
- After confirming the repair plans, send the product back to us (return shipping is paid by the customer. No freight collect is accepted). Or hand in to our studio in person (by appointment)
- Once repaired, we will ship it back via SF Express freight collect.
- For human-caused damages, we also provide repair serivces. Please contact for more information.
